"Gully Boy": Surbhi Chandna Cannot Help But Praise Ranveer Singh And Alia Bhatt For Their Brilliant Performances

On Valentine's Day, one of the most anticipated Indian movies in 2019, Gully Boy, has hit the theatres. The film soon received positive reactions from many famous Bollywood stars in the industry. They could not help but praise the lead casts Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt for their incredible performances.

Recently, even Surbhi Chandna shared her thoughts on the movie via her social media account. The Ishqbaaaz actress expressed her love for Gully Boy by posting an Instagram story saying, "Blown Gully Boy" and tagged Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt and director Zoya Akhtar. She also added "and everybody from the cast and crew.. uff uff uff", showing her excitement after watching the movie.

On February 13th, actor Nakuul Mehta also gave Gully Boy's cast warm praise by saying that his Valentine's Day turned out to be a "Gully Boy Day". Even before the movie was officially released, Surbhi Chandna's co-star in Ishqbaaaz had already stated that he would watch Gully Boy precisely on February 14th.

Gully Boy has received positive reactions since the day it hit the theatres around the country. The movie in which Ranveer Singh took the lead role opposite Alia Bhatt was directed by Zoya Akhtar. Also, Siddhant Chaturvedi also took part in the project together with Kalki Koechlin by playing pivotal roles. The movie is loosely based on the life of the rappers Divine and Naezy. It portraits the story of a boy who wants to become a rapper and his emotional journey to achieve his dream. Starting from the day Gully Boy's soundtracks were released in public, they turn out to be the hot issue among the rap lovers due to the impressive hip hop patterns and well-written lyrics.
