Awkward! Alia Bhatt Accidentally Calls Varun Dhawan As Ranbir Kapoor’s Name

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt never fail to paint the town red with their love and are undoubtedly one of the most adorable couples in tinsel town. The duo never shies away from showing love and affection for each other and sends netizens into a tizzy with their major PDA moments. One such instance proved this when the actress accidentally called out her beau Ranbir's name instead of her Kalank co-star Varun Dhawan.

It happened during one of the Kalank promotions Alia and Varun along with their co-stars Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur. During the interview, Varun started teasing with Alia's hair. Irritated by it, Alia told the actor to stop doing it but messes up with his name; she said, "Ran … umm, Varun doesn’t." As soon as the starlet made "honest mistake," her co-stars Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur pulled her leg, and Varun hugged an embarrassed Alia.

Young actors Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan have been loved by the audiences in every single movie they appeared in ever since their debut with Student of The Year in 2012. Talking about their on-screen chemistry, Alia said that the credit for their successful pairing goes to the writers and directors they have worked with, "I don't think Varun, and I can take much credit when it comes to reinventing our pairing on screen. Honestly, it is in the writing and the director's vision that comes to us, and we execute it. We execute it with a lot of passion and zest because both of us want to bring something new and give a different face to each other."

Love blossomed between Alia and Ranbir on the sets of their film Brahmastra wherein they will be sharing the same screen space for the first time. The couple was spotted together at numerous events. Earlier this month,  a video of Alia adorably kissing Ranbir at an award show spread on the Internet like wildfire.
