Anushka Sharma Reacts To Pregnancy Rumors: Do I Need To Clarify? Nahi! But Then That's How It Is

Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma, who managed to impress the audiences with her noteworthy performances in four movies last year namely Pari, Sui Dhaaga, Sanju, and Zero, has taken a hiatus from acting for a while. However, her long break has added fuel to the fire around the speculations of pregnancy.

During a recent interview to a leading entertaiment portal, Anushka Sharma addressed these rumors and set thing straight, saying that people “love to read into something when there really is not anything”.

She went on to talk about the existing stereotype that when one actress gets married, she will get pregnant soon and claimed that people should let celebrities to “live their life”.

Anushka further stated that it is not just her but people keeps saying the same things about every actress who has tied the knot and even their sartorial choices could be a reason for them to spark pregnancy rumors.

Anushka Sharma walked down the aisle with cricketer Virat Kohli in a low key wedding in December 2017. Since then, the lovebirds have been reigning the hearts and minds of fans with their love and commitments to each other.

On the work front, Anushka Sharma currently turns producer for a Netflix series titled Mai. The show is based on the story of a middle-aged woman named Sheel, who suddenly gets stuck in the violent labyrinths of politics, crime, and power following a personal tragedy.
