War

War

The first name is hands down the October super hit of Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff. Helmed by Siddharth Anand, the film has emerged as the highest grosser of the year 2019. It collected about Rs. 378. 46 crores in the domestic cinema halls alone according to report from Bollywood Hungama. Hrithik has proved him as a versatile actor when successfully essayed any kind of character, while Tiger has established himself a true star of action films.

Kabir Singh

Kabir Singh

Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani-starrer Kabir Singh has been giving the others a run for their money. While Kabir Singh has been consistently come under fire for being misogynistic and violent and leaked online right on its opening day, they seemingly do not affect the film’s business. The blockbuster also surpassed the lifetime collections of several Bollywood biggies.

The film earned roughly Rs 331.24 crores at the national box offices and also turned out to be the biggest hit in the acting career of Shahid Kapoor.

Uri: The Surgical Strike

Uri

Starring Bollywood heartthrob Vicky Kaushal, Mohit Raina, Paresh Rawal, and Tami Gautam, Uri is hands down good luck for the whole year. Minting approximately Rs 289. 68 crores, Uri is one of the best films in Vicky’s career. He then won the prestigious National Film Award for Best Actor thanks to his stellar performance in the film.

Collecting about Rs 251. 27 crores, the coveted Rs 200 crore club one more time registered the name of Bollywood superstar Salman. The superstar once again proved himself as a force to be reckoned with as the film also shut down the rumor of “the end of the Khans.”
